  5. This program (register.exe) allows you to register the Garbage Can
  6. program using Visa, Master Card, American Express, or First Virtual.
  7. Your order can then be sent by postal mail or Internet email.  Once
  8. your payment is received, Kagi (http://www.kagi.com/) will process your
  9. order and they will notify us.

  14. Anyone registering Garbage Can by Denam Systems AND they want to
  15. use any of the following payment methods:

  17.     1) Visa, Master Card, American Express, or First Virtual
  18.     2) Checks written on any bank OUTSIDE of the U.S.A.
  19.  
  20. If you are sending a U.S. check/money order or cash, you can
  21. send you payment directly to Denam Systems.

  26. Anyone purchasing 20 or more Garbage Can programs.  If you are planning

  33. If you live in California AND are sending your payment directly to
  34. Denam Systems, NO sales tax is required.  The tax requirements on the
  35. order form only applies IF you live in California AND the order is
  36. processed by Kagi.

  39.                     What is Garbage Can
  40.  
  41. Ordinary DOS and Windows file deletes are NOT secure. The file is
  42. merely marked as deleted but the data in the file is still sitting
  43. on the disk. Any undelete program or disk scan program can access the
  44. data on the disk.  It remains that way until another file happens to
  45. overwrite the disk area.

  47. Garbage Can will take care of the security problem that occurs with
  48. an ordinary file delete. We GUARANTEE the deleted file can NOT be
  49. recovered.
